on the
Nucleon Structure in High x-Bjorken Region
to be held at

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

The workshop will focus on the physics  of  the high x-Bjorken region with a 12 GeV electron beam. It will form part of the
series of Jefferson Lab workshops devoted in identifying physics opportunities with the 12 GeV electron beam energy upgrade
at Jefferson Lab.
 
 

1) Date and Place

Date: Thursday, March 30 - Saturday, April 1, 2000
Place:  Tuttleman Learning Center, Room 101
            Temple University, Philadelphia, PA, USA



2)Physics Topics:
 

3) Format:

There will be five half-day sessions devoted to the above topics.  The sessions will consist of invited presentations, together with selected contributed talks. Ample time for discussion is planned. A technical/summary session will follow at the end of the workshop.



4) Contributed Papers:

Short contributions  on the above mentioned  topics are welcome and  should reach the organizing committee by March 20, 2000.


5)Proceedings:

The workshop proceedings will include all invited talks and selected contributed papers. The 3rd circular will give information on the expected
length of the manuscripts.



6) Third circular:

A third circular with the final program and further details will be sent by March 25, 2000.



7)Registration:

To register for this workshop, you can fill out the registration form on the HiX2000 web page (preferred method).
or  e-mail your name and affiliation to hix2000@ba323.scitech.temple.edu.  For technical reasons
participation has to be limited to about 50 participants.

 (8) Conference Fee

A conference fee of USD 100 will have to be paid at registration at Temple University.
No checks or foreign currency can be accepted.
